Delete local data.
Creative Catcher does not create or maintain a developer-hosted account. These steps explain how to remove the local app data and manage the Google and Gmail copies that are outside the app’s control.
There is no Creative Catcher account to delete
Google sign-in is used locally to identify the selected account and authorize Gmail. Creative Catcher does not maintain a server-side account, profile, or evidence database. There is therefore no separate web account deletion workflow.
Delete one event
Open the event in Creative Catcher and use its delete control. The app removes the local security-event record and its local photo file on a best-effort basis.
Delete all local app data
- Open Android Settings.
- Choose Apps → Creative Catcher → Storage.
- Choose Clear storage/Clear data and confirm.
This removes local event metadata, evidence photos, settings, the app PIN hash, local Google account state, cached authorization tokens, and app cache. Uninstalling Creative Catcher has the same practical effect for app-private data.
Disconnect Google access
In Creative Catcher Settings, choose Disconnect. The app clears its local account, token, and granted-scope state. Because the installed-app authorization interface used by the current build does not expose remote revocation, also visit Google Account connections if you want to revoke Creative Catcher’s account-level access there.
Delete Gmail alerts
Alerts already sent through Gmail are messages in the user’s Google account. Creative Catcher requests send-only access and cannot delete those messages. Delete them directly in Gmail and manage any Gmail Trash retention under Google’s controls.
